DFL

SO, last night was the 1st Ashton cross country ski TT. I managed an astounding DFL. Brian Eppen, who was also classicing, managed to pass me as he was finishing his second lap before I had even finished one lap. He did start a couple minutes ahead of me...but damn. The classic tracks did feel slow, but that is really no excuse. It was a lot of fun. My girl Cara even won for the women on skate skis! Go Hamann!

Maybe spin class tonight...maybe CC skiing out at Hick Hill. Last week was a blast, I think I may have to hit that up again. Although my body needs a good thrashing on a bike. Either should be fun.
